Randall H. Monroe, DSS

Dr. Randall Monroe was born in Phoenix and is proud of the fact that he began his life here.
He appreciated this beautiful state so much that his first thought was to continue his professional career in Arizona. Shortly after graduating from Loma Linda Dental School, CA in 1985 he started working at Imagine Smiling where he practiced for over 25 years before partnering with Alameda Dental Care.

Though retirement is the last thing Dr. Monroe would consider he realized being the only doctor to cover weekends and taking very few vacations might very well be limiting progress to his practice. He began to look for team members that would share his passion for dentistry. A team that could be trusted. Where team work would only enhance Dr. Monroe's mission of dental service. On May 20, 2013, Dr. Jason Nelson joined forces with Dr. Monroe,  dedicating themselves to shared fundamental values about patient care.

Dr. Monroe lives in Tempe with his wife, Jeanette, daughter, Rachel, son-in-law Jason, and a 22 month old granddaughter, Zoe.  Recently, the Monroes welcomed another sweet granddaughter  into their family.

Lora C.

RDH

Since entering dentistry in 1998 I have known that this is the vocation where I belong. My desire to serve others made working in the back office as a Certified Dental Assistant very fulfilling. To continue the learning process in the dental field I entered into the dental hygiene program at Phoenix College. Upon graduation I took the opportunity to travel to Guatemala with the Spirit of Education Foundation where I worked as a hygienist in a dental clinic. The time spent serving this population in great need was an opportunity of a lifetime.

She continues to stay abreast of the latest dental technologies through accredited continuing education. She is dedicated to serving others and always seeks to provide the best treatment possible for her patients. Amanda looks forward to providing dental hygiene therapy for years to come. Ask her about her family and watch her light up. She is married to love of her life. Proud parents of two sweet little princesses, they enjoy spending time together as a family.
